By using Fitzone's website and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. Fitzone reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Fitzone provides services including: • Triathlon and endurance sports coaching • Comprehensive recovery therapies (Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy, Infrared Sauna) • High-tech weight loss programs with Contrast Therapy • Nutrition counseling and personalized training plans We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.

To use Fitzone services, you must: • Be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent • Provide accurate and complete information when registering • Inform us of any health conditions that may affect service usage • Follow safety guidelines from coaches and staff You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

• All service fees must be paid before use • Prices may change without prior notice • Purchased service packages are non-refundable unless otherwise specified • Booked sessions must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid charges • Fitzone reserves the right to refuse service if payment fraud is detected

Fitzone is not liable for: • Any injuries arising from service use if customer fails to follow guidelines • Results not meeting expectations from training or therapy programs • Loss or damage to personal property at facilities • Service interruptions due to factors beyond our control Customers should consult a physician before using therapy services, especially Cryotherapy.

All content on the website including text, images, logos, videos, and software are owned by Fitzone or licensed partners. You may not: • Copy, distribute, or use content for commercial purposes • Modify or create derivative works from our content • Use Fitzone branding without written permission

When using Fitzone services, you may not: • Disturb or harass other customers or staff • Bring weapons or prohibited substances into facilities • Record audio or video without permission • Misuse facility equipment • Violate safety and hygiene regulations

Fitzone reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to services immediately, without prior notice, if you violate any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, your right to use services will cease immediately.

These terms are governed and interpreted according to Vietnamese law. Any disputes arising will be resolved at the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City.
